Ingredients and craftsmanship

A soft, creamy "Piedmont IGP Hazelnut" and cocoa cream heart is wrapped in a crunchy Nougatine inner shell, made from caramelised almond crumble. It's all coated in dark chocolate and finished with 75% dark Chocoviar pearls, for a bold finish that balances the sweetness of the heart.

How to enjoy it

Perfect alongside a coffee or cappuccino, which bring out its toasted, hazelnut notes. Just as satisfying on its own, perhaps after a meal, when its layered texture becomes the true centre of attention.
