Venchi accepts orders for delivery in Italy, Europe*, and the USA.

DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery within 2-3 working days. For islands and remote areas, delivery usually takes 3-5 working days.
Delivery times may extend up to a maximum of 5 working days and may vary depending on the area, unless otherwise stated on the website or via email.
Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
The delivery times specified above are purely indicative and may vary depending on low or high season, holiday periods, and/or the destination (for islands and remote areas, delivery times may be longer).
When your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a confirmation email from Venchi, containing the tracking link. If you placed the order as a registered user, you will also find the same tracking details in your personal area on our website.
In any case, Venchi is not responsible for any delays caused by the courier and/or the customer. It is recommended to place orders in advance, considering any potential delays that may occur during these periods.

Based on current customs regulations, goods destined for countries outside the European Union are subject to the payment of taxes and customs duties. The payment of customs fees shall be borne by Venchi.
Shipments are made according to the DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) formula, therefore goods will arrive directly at the place of delivery indicated without having to pay additional amounts compared to what was already paid when the order was sent.
CHANGING THE DELIVERY ADDRESS OR DELIVERY DATE
Once the order is confirmed, it will only be possible to modify the delivery address autonomously. Regarding this, one day before delivery, the carrier will send you an email or SMS with the link to manage any changes.
By accessing the link provided in this email, you will be able to:
- Modify the address or delivery date
- Redirect and collect your order at a pickup point
WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER
When your Venchi products arrive at your home, we recommend checking immediately that the package and its contents are intact. If anything is not as expected, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible.
In the meantime, here are some tips on what to check upon delivery:
- Ensure the packaging is intact. If it is not, we advise you not to accept the parcel, leave it with the courier, and notify us immediately.
- Always sign the delivery receipt with the note 'Accepted with reservation'. This will make it easier to request a refund for any transport-related issues, even at a later stage.
- If the package is damaged or incomplete, take photos of both the exterior and interior and contact our Customer Service.
