Eight different recipes to suit every palate: Gianduia, with a crunchy heart of whole PGI Piedmont Hazelnuts; 75%, intense and straight to the point; Pistachio, with toffee crumbs and nibs; Crème Brulée, with a creamy caramel heart; Crema Cacao, filled with chocolate spread; Stracciatella, with cream; and Arancia, with a blood orange filling.
