REGISTRATION AND PURCHASE PRIVACY POLICY

Venchi S.p.A., the Data Controller, informs you that the data you provide during registration will be processed, with the help of computer and paper means, in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter "Regulation") and the national legislation in force. This data will be used in order to allow you to register on the site and proceed with the purchase of products in the catalogue.

The legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or the performance of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the data subject. The provision of data is optional but the refusal to provide data marked as mandatory will make it impossible to register and proceed with purchases.

The Data Controller will process personal data for the time necessary to fulfil the above purposes. Venchi will keep a record of the purchases made for a period of 10 years and will delete the registration data after 10 years from the date of unsubscribing from the site. Your data will be shared with couriers and forwarders for the purpose of shipping products and with services providers for the purposes of site maintenance/hosting and database management/hosting, but will not be disclosed and will be processed exclusively within the European Union.

As a "data subject", you may exercise, at any time, the rights provided for in Articles 15 to 22 of the Regulation, including the right to access to your personal data, to have it updated, supplemented and rectified, to request its deletion, suspension, that its processing be restricted or even to object to its processing, as well as exercise your right to portability. To exercise these rights or to obtain more information on data processing, you can directly contact the Data Protection Officer at the Data Controller's e-mail address privacy@venchi.com, or send a registered letter to the attention of the Privacy Office of Venchi S.p.A., Via Venchi 1, 12040 Castelletto Stura (CN), Italy. Finally, we remind you that you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent Personal Data Protection Authority.

ARE YOU A PRIVATE INDIVIDUAL THAT WISHES TO RECEIVE ELECTRONIC INVOICES?

The personal data provided to request electronic invoices will be processed by Venchi using the same methods as above in order to proceed with the invoicing itself. The legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract (Art. 6b of the Regulation) and the fulfilment of a legal obligation (Art. 6c of the Regulation). The provision of data is optional, but the refusal to provide the said data will make it impossible to proceed with electronic invoicing. The data may also be shared with external subjects tasked with carrying out specific related services, and in particular accounting firms, banks, companies, entities, consortia or associations for the protection of credit, service providers for the maintenance/hosting of the site and the management/hosting of databases. The data will not be disclosed and will be processed within the European Union. The data retention period is 10 years from the termination of the contractual relationship. In accordance with the Regulation, you may exercise, at any time, the rights provided for in Articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation (referred to above) by contacting the Data Protection Officer at the Data Controller's e-mail address privacy@venchi.com, and lodge a complaint with the competent Personal Data Protection Authority.
