The name of this chocolate recalls the most famous Italian dessert that inspired the recipe, yet with a dark chocolate twist. A layer of coffee cream, made smooth by the fine cocoa butter naturally present inside the cocoa beans, a middle layer of white chocolate cream with natural mascarpone flavouring and finally a layer of extra dark chocolate for a balanced flavour, not too sweet or overpowering.
